BU 1202 REPAIR
Behringer Eurorack UB 1202 Repair
Another semi-modern victim of the great Chinesium capacitor plague. My Behringer Eurorack mixer console just died from it. Not just a few caps, mind you, ALL of them but two. Which was upwards of 70 caps. You get what you pay for, as they say.
This thing is rather cheap so you might think twice before doing the repair, particularly if you are not experienced at doing this quickly. But I did it anyhow, and still ended up saving money and now with its good caps it's probably going to last for a long time hopefully. So maybe it was worth it. If you want to do it too, here are the caps I bought. I bought a little more than necessary to replenish my component stock while I was at it, so the quantities are not exact. There were a boatload of 47 uF 25V and I had to reorder some for a total of 70, which is why you see two orders, one for 50 and one for 20.
